Validation of reservation:
The stays are guaranteed only by the reception of a deposit and deductible of the invoice on your arrival. The installments must be paid no later than 7 days from the date of the reservation request. The deposit requested is 30% of the total price of the stay.
Payment of the deposit can be made by check (bank domiciled in France, check payable to LA NOUVELLE CRIQUEBOISE), by inter-bank transfer or others with your credit card. For bookings within 10 days of the arrival date, La Nouvelle Criqueboise requests a deposit payment via an inter-bank transfer.
The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale of the rooms of hosts and lodgings. Except for short stays, a reservation contract (detailing the services selected) will be sent by email, returned signed and accompanied by the deposit if it ismade by check. Failing signed return of the contract within 5 days, it will be considered accepted. Your reservation will only be closed after receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation or modification of stay by the client except in cases of force majeure:
Any cancellation or modification of reservation must be notified to La Nouvelle Criqueboise by letter or email, with acknowledgment of receipt, the date of receipt being taken as proof.
for a cancellation or modification between 20 days and 8 days from the arrival date, La Nouvelle Criqueboise reserves the right to charge 50% of the total amount of the stay
for a cancellation or modification between 7 days and 2 days of the arrival date: La Nouvelle Criqueboise reserves the right to charge 80% of the total amount of the stay.
For a cancellation or modification 2 days before the date of arrival: The New Criqueboise reserves the right to charge 100% of the total amount of the stay.
cancellation by La Nouvelle Criqueboise except in case of force majeure:in the event of cancellation by us for reasons beyond our control, we will eventually offer you an alternative solution or refund of the sums paid.
in case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains fully acquired to the owners
If the client does not appear before 19h the day of the beginning of the stay, the owners can have their accommodation (s).

Cancellation of the stay by LA NOUVELLE CRIQUEBOISE
A reservation cancellation sent by e-mail or mail may be made by us, for the following non-exhaustive reasons:
Severe illness or disability of one or both owners or their children over a long period. In this case cancellation notice of 1 month, with refund of the deposit.
Degradation of premises by fire or severe weather such as storms or other climatic phenomena affecting the safety of guests. Without notice with refund of the deposit.
Breakage of water or electricity supplies over a given period making it impossible to perform our duties. Without notice with refund of the deposit.
Major strike or revolt movement of the people harming the security of the guests. Without notice with refund of the deposit.
Payment of the balance:
The balance of the rental price and paid services agreed upon booking must be paid upon arrival at the owners. The additional services and consumption will end at the end of the stay. A rich breakfast is included in each room rate.
Studio: a deposit of 250 € will be requested upon your arrival.After the contradictory establishment of the inventory of places of exit, this deposit is restored, deduction made of the cost of restoration of the places of the place if degradations were noted. In case of early departure (prior to the time mentioned on this contract) preventing the establishment of the inventory of fixtures the same day of the departure of the tenant, the deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding not a week.
The premises are rented furnished and equipped. An inventory is established in common and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative at the arrival and departure of the studio. This inventory is the only reference in case of litigation concerning the inventory. The state of cleanliness of the studio at the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure.
The cleaning of the studio must be done before your departure and the studio must be left in the state where you found it. If you choose the cleaning fee please let us know when booking. The cleaning products are put at your disposal. If you do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, particular attention will be paid when the condition of the premises is checked out for the disinfection of the toilets, the cleaning of the kitchen units, the cleaning of the floors, the dusting of the furniture. If you opt for the cleaning fee, you must leave the set in an acceptable state. In the opposite case a cleaning fee will be charged to your account ex officio when the inventory of places of exit. Please do not use any other product. Never throw anything into the toilet including toxic products or wipes or periodic protection. Use the bins provided.
If applicable, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim the price of the cleaning of the rented premises (fixed at 50 €), the total value at the replacement price of the objects, furniture or equipment. broken, cracked, chipped or deteriorated, and those whose wear exceeds normal for the duration of the lease, the price of cleaning dirty covers, wallpapers, ceilings, carpets, windows, bedding ...
This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 3 people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional persons. Any modification or breach of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.
For reasons of hygiene, we are not able to accept in the guest rooms and in the studio our four-legged friends and thank you for your understanding.
